This cardigan is worked top down.
Neckband, cuffs and button bands worked in seed stitch; yoke worked in Stockinette stitch.
Short rows increase yoke depth at the back and are worked just prior to separating the fronts, back and sleeves.
Sleeve stitches are picked up and knit in the round to cuff.
Stitches for button band are picked up and knit flat.
Yoke of cardigan features duplicate stitched leaves and berries.

Knit, Purl, Long Tail cast on, Knitting in the round, Duplicate stitching.

Tapestry needle, Stitch holders or waste yarn, 3-5 buttons (0.5” / 1.5 cm in diameter)

Gauge: All gauges are calculated per 4” / 10 cm finished, blocked fabric. Stockinette on larger needles: 22 sts and 28 rows/rnds
Seed stitch on smaller needles: 23 sts and 32 rows/rnds.

Suggested Yarns:
Berroco Vintage DK (52% Acrylic, 40% Wool, 8% Nylon); 290 yds / 260 m per 3.53 oz / 100 g skein.

Needle Size: US 5 / 3.75 mm and US 7 / 4.5 mm. Both needle sizes in 16” / 41 cm and 24” / 61 cm for body and preferred method for working small circumferences (Magic Loop or DPNs) for collar, band, and sleeves.
Use the needle sizes that allow you to meet gauge.
